Testing & Corrections

After training, you then test the database to assure all features are working properly and verify that nothing is missing that was in your approved design.  If you find anything that is not working according to design I'll correct those for no charge as part of the project.  The Testing and Corrections Phase can go on as long as necessary until all is working according to design. 

If for any reason I am not able to correct a feature to bring it into compliance with your approved design then I will refund you the amount you paid for that feature.  This has only happened a few times in the past 10 years.
