How This Works

I follow a specific process to get it right the first time! Preparation and communication are key to building a database around your needs.  Follow the steps below during your project.

#1 Free Initial Consultation

You can either use my online scheduler to setup an appointment for a consultation or you can call me at 1-800-897-1240 and we'll discuss your project and get to know each other.

#2 Define Your Workflow

Defining your workflow will determine what your quote contains. I can help you with this step.  We need to prepare well before I can write a quote for you. If you need help or suggestions please schedule a free consultation or send me an email.

#3 Get a Price Quote

Setup an appointment using my online scheduler to request a price quote.  You will convey your specific needs to me and then I will prepare your quote.

#4 Design Phase

We'll design your database together by using a virtual design model.  This phase is key to getting your database built right the first time.

#5 Production Phase

This is where I build your custom database.  I'll use your final design as a guide for building the real database you will eventually be using.

#6 Installation & Training

Installation is simple and usually ready in a few minutes.  I also give you online training hours as part of the project.  I'll train you in all aspects of your new database.

#7 Testing & Corrections

After training, you then test the database to assure all features are working properly and verify that nothing is missing that was in your approved design.  If you find anything that is not working according to design I'll correct those for no charge.
